A global enterprise technology ecosystem consisting of a leading infrastructure manufacturer and a major channel partner sought to strengthen pre-sales engagement and shift focus toward higher-value, executive-level solutions. The organizations operate at enterprise scale with globally distributed teams across EMEA, AMER, and APJC.

The Challenge

Despite strong solutions and executive sponsorship, partner pre-sales teams continued to default to familiar, commoditized offerings. Traditional enablement sessions failed to shift behavior, and internal teams struggled to sustain attention, attendance, and follow-through. 

Complicating matters, the initiative required tight coordination across multiple companies, time zones, and executive stakeholders. Without clear ownership and a compelling experience, the program risked becoming another low-impact global enablement effort — consuming time without changing outcomes.

Virtira was engaged as the execution and orchestration engine, removing operational burden from client and partner teams while ensuring the initiative delivered meaningful executive engagement.   

Rather than acting as an event vendor, Virtira embedded directly with stakeholders across organizations — owning planning, coordination, communications, and delivery under a single execution model.  

The team owned end-to-end program management, including event planning, stakeholder coordination, communications, and operational logistics. A structured coordination model ensured that timelines, dependencies, and ownership were clearly defined across all participating organizations.  

Virtira embedded directly with client and partner stakeholders, acting as the single point of orchestration across internal teams, sponsors, speakers, and external agencies.
